Welcome to our series of Microsoft Windows 10 tutorials that help you understand the features of this new operating system by Microsoft.
This tutorial will show you how to do a system restore in Windows 10.
System Restore feature will use the system restore points created by System Protection feature and if your computer is not working properly, you can restore it back to same state it was in when system restore point was created.
System restore points can be created automatically or manually. When you do a system restore, system protection will automatically create a restore point which you can use to undo changes made by system restore.
System restore will not affect your personal files, however, recently installed programs and drivers might be uninstalled.[su_note]Note: You must be signed in as an administrator to be able to perform a system restore.[/su_note]
